WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU CALL
What happens at the estimate visit
We are open Monday through Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. If we are on a job and cannot pick up, leave a message or send a text and we will get back to you.
At the visit we measure the room, look at the condition of the floor and walls, check the shower if there is one, and ask what you have in mind. If you have already picked a tile, have a box or a photo of the label on hand, since the size and material affect how the job is priced.
Afterward you get a price for the work we discussed. The estimate is free. If you are still choosing tile or comparing contractors, that is fine, and it is a good time to ask questions about how the work would be done.
WHAT TO HAVE READY
Three things that help us give you an accurate estimate
A photo of the room. Wide enough to show the whole wall or floor. It tells us a lot about the job before the visit.
The rough measurements, if you have them. They do not need to be exact, because we measure at the visit, but the approximate size helps us understand the scope when you first call.
Your date, if you have one. New cabinets or a closet system being delivered, a rental that has to be ready, family coming to stay. Tell us up front and we will let you know whether we can meet it.
