Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often from homeowners.
How long does a bathroom tile job take?
It depends on the size of the room, how much has to be removed and what is found behind the old tile. A floor on its own is a shorter job than a full bathroom with a new shower. We give you an expected timeline with the estimate.
Do you supply the tile, or do I buy it?
Many customers choose and buy their own tile, and that works well. If you have not chosen yet, we can tell you what suits the room and how much to order, including extra for cuts.
Can you tile over my existing floor?
Sometimes. The existing floor has to be solid and flat, and the added height has to work at doors and appliances. We look at both when we come out for the estimate.
Are you licensed and insured?
It is reasonable to ask any contractor for license and insurance documents before work starts, and you are welcome to ask us for ours at the estimate. Plumbing and electrical work is done by those trades.
How do I get an estimate?
Call or text (386) 237-7999 with the room and a few photos. We set up a time to see it, measure and talk through the tile you have in mind, and then give you a price. The estimate is free.
